Welcome to the KadabraSolutions Affiliate Program! By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Affiliate Application and Acceptance:

1.1. To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our designated affiliate portal.

1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

1.3. Upon approval, you will receive access to your unique affiliate tracking link.

Promotional Activities:

2.1. As an affiliate, you may promote KadabraSolutions products using your assigned affiliate link.

2.2. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting our products.

2.3. Any promotion that involves false, misleading, or unethical practices is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your affiliate account.

Commission and Payment:

3.1. You will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through your affiliate link.

3.2. The commission rate will be 10% of the total sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.

3.3. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold 10$

3.4. Payments will be made via a bank transfer.

Cookie Duration:

4.1. The cookie duration is set to 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days after clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission for that sale.

Prohibited Activities:

5.1. Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate link for self-purchases.

5.2. You may not engage in any form of spamming, including email spam, social media spam, or forum spam, to promote our products.

5.3. Affiliates must not bid on KadabraSolutions’ trademarked terms or any variations of our brand name in online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

Termination of Affiliate Account:

7.1. KadabraSolutions reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time and for a reason without prior notice.

7.2. Termination may occur if an affiliate violates any of the terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in activities that could harm the reputation of KadabraSolutions.

Modification of Terms:

8.1. KadabraSolutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying affiliates via email.

Independent Contractor Status:

9.1. As an affiliate, you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of KadabraSolutions.

9.2. Affiliates are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes on their earned commissions. By participating in the KadabraSolutions Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
